INTRODUCTION:-

In this blog, we focus on home fitness. What can we do at home to be fit? What should we eat to be fit? And the best time to work out or exercise.


    MORNING VIBES-

Yes, the best time to work on the body or doing exercise is indeed from 4 A.M. to 8 A.M. [ or Morning ], because in the morning we are fully charged up and can work out in the best way, but but but, there is nothing fixed. We also have 20 hours to work on our health. We can work out in the evening also from about 6 to 8 pm. But try to do exercise in the morning otherwise we have more time. 
BE CONSISTENT- Yes, consistency is required everywhere for success. You have to work every day in your body i.e. doing the workout. You have to work at least 30 minutes every day on a workout or exercise at home.


DIET-

Diet is a very important thing in fitness, what you eat daily decides what type of fitness you have. Workout+diet makes a person fit and healthy. Avoid more fatty foods, junk food, add more protein to your diet especially after a workout.
