3). INCREASE INTENSITY GRADUALLY:- It means if you are doing 10 reps of any exercise then after a week you can do 12 to 15 reps of the same exercise. Putting your body into challenges frequently increases your workout challenges, it will change your body drastically.

4). FEEL THE EXERCISE:- Yes you read right 'feel'. Feel the exercise means simply focus on the workout and feel the muscles. This will help your body in the right manner. This will help your muscles to build rapidly.


5). MAINTAIN HEALTHY DIET:- For doing exercise daily you need to be healthy and ready to exercise. Eat-in the proper manner and with proper foods that make you an agile person. If you eat healthy foods then it will affect your body in the right manner, but if you eat junk food or make bad habits like smoking, drinking, eating tobacco, then you will get the adverse effects of those things. 8). MAKE PLAN:- Your very first step for doing exercise and work out is to make a plan. Making a plan or scheduling your exercise is very important to be disciplined. Make a plan, routine for the workout and start doing it from today.



 9). SLEEP WELL:- Rest is very important after a workout because it gives time to your body to heal or to repair your muscles. So, sleep at least 7 to 8 hour at night.



10). BE MOTIVATED:- Now the last thing is consistency and for consistency, motivation is important because it works like fuel that forces you to do a  workout every day. Don't lose hope in the path of success till it comes.
