Peanut butter is just like a blessing for fitness because it is dense food that helps to make skinny guys healthy and it contains fats and high protein.
It can fulfil your protein and fat, not alone but with a diet plan. Peanut butter can be eaten before and after workout for intaking of protein. It is healthy and as well as very tasty, so that our fitness is healthy as well as tasty.
RECIPE:
1). Take 500gm peanut
2). Put these peanut into gas and heat it till it become light brown
3). After its baking, remove its(peanut) skin
4). Grind it with 1 pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of olive oil or eating oil (khane ka tel) till it becomes a good texture.
5). Now your peanut butter is ready to eat.
USES:- Peanut butter is a versatile food, it can be eaten with milk, bread, protein shake and in many other ways.
A daily dose of peanut butter of about 2 to 5 tablespoons is excellent for your health, it should be after a workout, before a workout or at any other time, but eat.
