Hey guys, today we talk about 8 best exercise at home. So lets gets started; 






 

  Before moving to exercise we should remember that before workout or exercise we have to do warm up exercise like stretching exercise, jumping. So it is necessary to do warmup. 

So the exercise are:-

     1). Push Up: I think you all heard about this exercise if not i will tell about it. This exercise is very basic for fitness. It is mainly effective for chest, back ,legs. This exercise can be done daily.                                                                                                                               You should start this exercise with 5 to 10 reps and sets of it. And with time you will be able to do more. So, if you want to make wide chest and strengthen your arms and do it on at least 4 days a week.



 2).  PULL UP: This exercise also basic for back, shoulder and arm. This exercise strengthen your back and help you to become wider. This exercise focuses on two big muscles of back which have a vital role to make you wider.                                                              If you do this exercise with straight legs then it will be more effective. Make sure that you are regular in in this. Do 8 to 10 reps initially.

         

 


      3). ABDOMINAL CRUNCH: If you are beginner and no equipment for workout then this exercise is excellent for your abs workout. This exercise focuses on abdominal and make stronger your stomach. There are several variations for abdominal crunch, you can do normal variation at initial stage.                                                                            Do 3 to 5 sets of 15 reps at initial days after some days you can increase it.


      4). JUMPING JACK : It is very versatile exercise because it warm up and as well as an intense exercise when we do it in a circuit. This exercise impower our leg. This is very good exercise before intense workout.                                                                                        Do at least 30 to 50 reps in a day and increase with habit. 


    5). LUNGES: This is very effective exercise for leg and for core also. There are two type of lunges : Forward and Backward lunges.                                                                           From name you guess that how are they done with respect to other. Both exercise work almost same that is they are affect almost same parts of the body. These are excellent for thigh, knee, and core also.                                                                                                           .                                                 

                                                           

    6). PLANK: This is very useful for strengthen your core and arms also. This very useful for flexibility of body and improve your posture. Try to do this exercise every day and start with 30 to 40 second.                                                                                             


                                                                                                                                                                 7). SQUAT:   This exercise is excellent for legs. This exercise has also variations. It improves lower body muscle. 


            
NOTE:- Try to do all leg workout every day, because it increase  testosterone level which is very helpful for growth of muscle.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   8). INCLINED PUSH UP: You think that i already take push up then why this? I'll explain, these push ups are slightly challenging than normal push ups. There are two type of inclined push ups :  first one in which legs are at higher position and in second upper body is at higher position.
