DIET PLAN:- We know that the main components of any healthy or fitness diet contains 50% of Carbohydrates, 30% of Fat and 20% of Protein. Carbohydrates are easily taken in the form of chapati, and rice. Fat also we takes normally. The only thing that is difficult to take is protein.
Breakfast:- Peanut butter (peanut butter recipe)with bread.
Snacks:- 3 to 4 banana
Dinner:- Soya chunks
