In this busy life, people are forgetting their health and continue working all day, that's why the importance of exercise becomes more important.

In this corporate world, most of the people are working from their computer or mobile, that's why they have to do their work from their offices by sitting for hours and hours which leads to back pain, pain in neck etc. and if we don't pay attention to this then these problems become more serious. 


    So, people should understand the importance of workout or exercise. They should add the time of workout to their routine. But, there is another thing, What is the best time for a workout?




               BEST TIME FOR WORKOUT


Firstly, check your routine when you have time to work out and then start at that time.

If you do your workout in the morning then it will be slightly good because, in the morning our stomach is empty that's why we could burn more fat. And if you are working out in the morning about 7:00 am then this helps people for a good sleep at night compared to working out at 1:00 pm or 7:00 pm. 


But, according to science, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm our body's temperature is at its peak and this is potentially the most effective time to workout.

  

  But, again your routine also matters, when you have time for a workout.

Because, "TIME IS SECONDARY  AND CONSISTENCY IS PRIMARY "


 Don't think too much about time just start whenever you have time.
